I believe the therapeutic relationship is an insightful and natural creative one, so through care and challenge, provides an extraordinary backdrop for change and growth, healing and renewal.
My approach is non-judgmental, jargon-free, honest, safe, collaborative and based on my view that a therapeutic relationship built on trust and openness enables an exploration of the potential that I believe exists within all of us.
I am a responsive and gentle therapist, qualify as a Person Centred counsellor with my own Central London Private Practice.
