Counsellor Profile

I offer one to one counselling to individuals who live or work in central London and are experiencing emotional or relationship difficulties in their lives and / or are looking for change. I work in an integrative way making sense of both early and currrent life experiences.

Post Graduate Advanced Diploma in Psychodynamic counselling at the wpf, Kensington, MBACP accredited therapist and UKRC registered Independent Practitioner. An earlier career in commerce including training and coaching, I have worked in the NHS, corporate health schemes and private practice.

Extra Information

Much of my work is about the relationships we form with our partners, work, family and life in general and how these relationships change with time, sometimes making them difficult to sustain but at the same time difficult to move on from. This conflict can cause stress, depression and anxiety which can show as emotional or physical distress. I hold no judgement or view as to what is a "good, correct or appropriate" relationship but will work with you to help find a way that works for you.
