I specialise in the following areas: Stress/Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression/Low Mood, Work related issues, Anger Management, Bullying, Low Confidence/Self-esteem, Relationship Issues, Couples Counselling. However I have experience covering an extremely wide range of issues.
I work from home where I provide professional, caring, condfidential, non-judgemental support for indviduals, couples, companies/organisations in a warm, comfortable safe environment. I support my clients and help them to work through the difficulties they are experiencing. We explore the negative feelings and emotions relating to the relevant issues together and I then support my clients as they work through these issues. This helps my clients to gain a greater understanding of themselves and of the issues they are experiencing. This then enables them to move forwards in their lives.
I named my business Before & After as I feel my greatest reward is seeing the difference in my clients from when they arrive for their first session Before counselling starts, and when they leave their last session After counselling has finished.
I trained as a person-centred counsellor, however I also use techniques and skills acquired from my additional training.
I am also a qualified hypnotherapist/psychotherapist, I am an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) level 3 Advanced Practitioner & a Theta Healing Practitioner.
