I have over 25 years experience of working as a counsellor and psychotherapist. As an Integrative/Relational Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I use Relational Psychodynamic, Person-Centred and Existential principles in my work with individuals and couples. I aim to build a trusting and safe therapeutic environment, so that you can work through the issues that are affecting you and hopefully, in time, feel more confident and at ease with yourself. Because I have been in therapy myself in the past (10 years), I know what it is like to be looking for a suitable therapist. This is why I offer all prospective clients a free half hour introductory session for us to meet and see whether we can work together.
