I have been Counselling for over 30 years in formal and informal settings. I have worked extensively with all ages and include children and young people, families, couples as well as individuals in my work.

Diploma in Counselling (Integrative) and Accredited Member of BACP I work from a Humanist model using Gestalt, Psychodynamic and Attachment Theories to inform my work with clients.
