Counsellor Profile

I have worked as a Person Centred Counsellor for 9 years providing counselling for individuals in the High Wycombe and surrounding area. I am a member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psycotherapists and follow their ethical framework. I work with clients who present a variety of issues on a one-to-one basis i.e Relationship, depression, low self-esteem, Stress and Bereavement.

Prior to becoming a Counsellor I worked for many years in the caring profession.

I work in a person-centred way to help you deal with specific problems, or just cope with every day life. I will help you explore your world and discover what you can do to find workable solutions.

If you prefer, Solution Focused (brief therapy) sessions can be arranged.

- A Certificate in Person Centred Counselling
- A Diploma in Person Centred Counselling
- I am an Accredited member of BACP
- In addition to my private practice I also currently work for a counselling organisation
