Counsellor Profile

I am both a psychotherapist and supervisor.
My aim is to help people to live there life more fully in whatever way that means to them. I provide a safe environment in which people can explore issues important to them and am flexible in the times we meet. I have worked for 11 years as a volunteer counsellor with Cruse bereavement care and have a special interest in Bereavement and loss.
I am also a Registerd Nurse and Midwife and work with people with physical illness and the effects this has on their life.
My specialist areas of work are bereavement and loss, including losses associated with physical illness, along with depression, anxiety, stress, relationship and personal issues
