I am a BACP accredited counsellor working in private practice, in Ealing, West London. I work with individuals and couples.
I offer both short term and open ended sessions.
I have worked with wide range of people , covering issues such as depression, stress, anxiety, health, loss and bereavement, relationship difficulties, self esteem,eating disorders, life transitions, identity issues, cultural issues, anger, trauma and abuse as well as many others.
I abide by the strict code of ethics and professional practice of the following bodies.
The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Training, Qualifications & Experience
I trained at the Metanoia Institute in Ealing, which is recognised internationally as a place of teaching and learning excellence. I specialised in Counselling using Transactional Analysis (TA) and gained a BA (Hons) degree.
TA is a humanistic client-led approach to counselling. It is quite different in that the client is very involved in the process, which can be very empowering.
I am also a qualified teacher in further education, teaching counselling at Higher and Advanced Diploma level and Counselling skills at Certificate level.
