Counsellor Profile

I work as an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor in Regent Street and Wimpole Street both in Central London with the nearest tube being Oxford Circus, Piccadilly Circus and Bond Street.

I offer time-limited, focus-based therapy for specific difficulties (12 sessions) as well as longer-term, open-ended counselling and psychotherapy.

Integrative psychotherapy can be described as the process of making whole. It is a way of working which involves different approaches attuned to the needs of the individual with the aim of encouraging greater understanding and self-awareness. I believe that having a space to talk and express difficult thoughts and feelings can be a way of safely facilitating this process.

I hold a Master's Degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling as well as an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy, both from Regent's College. I am UKCP registered and a member of the BACP, two of the UK's main associations for the promotion and monitoring of high standards and practice in psychotherapy.

Regent Street Practice - I work on a sliding scale according to the individual's means starting from £50 per session and up to a maximum of £70 per session. Concessions of £40-£45 are made for individuals who are able to come during the morning or afternoon, that is to say between 9am and 12pm and between 2pm and 5pm.

Wimpole Street Practice - sessions are £60
