Lesley Ann Richardson Bsc(hons) MBACP | |
Counsellor ProfileMy hope as a counsellor is to offer my clients a space where they feel able to explore who they are and how they are responding to their experience of life to enable them to be more able to either accept or make the changes they wish for themselves. Some of the core values I work with in my counselling approach are that each of us have the resources within us to find our way through to a life that we can experience as more fruitful, of worth and to a place of positive well-being, that by being a part of the professional counselling relationship and process can enpower you to unblock your path to those resources.
I see clients for both long term and short term work. Please let me know if mobility or transport to counselling is an issue for you and we can explore ways of overcoming this.
