Counsellor Profile
I offer a welcoming and confidential environment where you can be yourself. Life can be hard - it can help to share painful, difficult or confusing feelings with someone who will really listen. Together we can explore possible unhelpful patterns of behaviour and begin to make some sense of what is going on for you. Becoming more aware can help you to consider your choices as you think of your next steps.
A qualified and experienced practitioner, I offer both open-ended and short term counselling to adults and adolescents.
