krysallis is a niche provider of therapeutic and wellbeing services in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Our fully trained and experienced practitioners use an array of creative and experiential techniques to help people make changes and provide a safe, private and secure space for clients to work through personal difficulties and make changes.
Our underpinning philosophy is that the power of therapeutic change stems from the relationship that builds between the therapist and their client. Our genuine, honest and authentic approaches help to create a therapeutic relationship which people can relate to and feel comfortable experiencing. This creates a space where people feel able to open up and communicate at a personal and intimate level.
We have recently moved to our new premises at 104 Station Parade, Harrogate. This is a central location and within easy walking distance of free parking, and the local bus and train stations. Our rooms have been carefully designed and furnished to provide relaxing and comfortable spaces with a contemporary and therapeutic feel.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
I believe my training, qualifications + experience create a professional framework to facilitate change for people both personally and professionally.
I have a BA honours degree in Educational studies (combined with English + Drama) a certificate and graduate diploma in counselling, a TA foundation certificate in psychotherapy, diplomas in both life and performance coaching. I'm also an NLP practitioner and a qualified clinical hypnotherapist.
I'm currently a member of the BACP, CIPD and the NCH and a registered test user with the BPS.
I also have certificates of competence in occupational testing to level A and Level B. I occasionally use personality assessments in my therapuetic and coaching work and find these particularly effective as awareness raising tools and facilitators of change.

I also provide career counselling services and can incorporate psychometric assessments for ability, aptitude and personality testing.
I work extensively with young people , offering powerful combinations of coaching, NLP and counselling to effectively respond to a range of issues affecting 16-25 year olds.
I also help to support people with smoking cessation, weight control, insomnia and specialise in gambling addiction
Fees
I offer a FREE 30 minute, no obligation, telephone consultation focused on YOU + your specific needs, and if we decide to work together charge £40 per 1 hour counselling session and £20 for 30 minute sessions. I also offer monthly packages, which include face to face, telephone and email support. (the fees vary dependent on the amount of support you require - I'm happy to discuss this with you during the consultation) This works well for busy clients who are on the move and work away from home.
