Counsellor Profile
I am 39 years old, married with one child and a dog. I have been working as a counsellor for a number of years and have a broad range of experience in both short and long term work. I work mainly with individuals although I also offer counselling to couples.
My approach is to work at each client's pace offering support and encouragement and also to offer challenge where necessary, to help each individual to find the right way forward for them.
I have had a number of roles in my working life to date ranging from management positions to rural grants consultant and research and marketing all of which have contributed to my experience. I feel that these commercial roles have provided me with a realistic outlook which contributes to my counselling work now.
