Counsellor Profile
I am a qualified counsellor working in private practice in Islington and the London Bridge Area where I offer both long-term and short-term counselling and psychotherapy.
Psychotherapy can facilitate a therapeutic process of transformative change. It offers a safe and confidential place to explore issues which may be causing distress and offers an opportunity to find new ways of dealing with these.
My approach is integrative which means I draw from a range of different theories, traditions and techniques. I am committed to working with the whole person with awareness of the relationship between body, feelings, mind and soul.

I hold a three year Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling and I am currently undertaking an MA in Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy.
In addition to my counselling training I have done courses in Body Psychotherapy with David Boadella (Switzerland) and several workshops in family constellations (as developed by Bert Hellinger).
