Profile

I am an experienced BACP accredited counsellor working with individuals, couples and groups.

I have a private practice as well as working in a NHS setting. My original counselling philosophy was integrative which incorporated the theories and skills of the Person Centered, Gestalt, Existential, and Transactional Analysis models of therapy.

I recently completed my advanced Transactional Analysis (TA) psychotherapy training and therefore my counselling/psychotherapy philosophy is primarily Transactional Analysis.
