I am BACP Accredited and UKRC. I believe in our ability to be healed, grow and develop throughout our lives. I work both short and longer term largely informed by a psychodynamic perspective. I may also use solution focused and cognitive approaches.

I have an Advanced Diploma in Psychodynamic counselling skills from WPF Herts and Beds Pastoral Foundation. I continue to work in a Herts and Beds Counselling Centre with open ended work and PCT brief counselling as well as Privately in Harpenden and Luton.
