Counsellor Profile

I am an person-centred BACP accredited counsellor and a supervisor. I recently returned to Dorset from Glasgow where I trained and have been working since 1995. I have 3 children and grandchildren living here in the South and although I was sad to leave my work in the City I felt that I wanted to be part of their lives.

Training, Qualifications & Experience (more info)

I trained at the University of Strathclyde and did much of my continuing professional development through their programme. I also trained with Glasgow Council on Alcohol as a counsellor and supervisor. I have worked with a Cancer Charity, both with patients and families. Most recently and at present I am working for the NHS in Primary Care.
I also work with Relate, Gamcare, and am registered with several of the main EAPs(Employee Assistance Providers)
