Counselling offers a safe and private time to explore issues that are concerning you. Talking these concerns through with a non-judgemental, empathic listener in a comfortable setting can support you to find solutions and new ways of managing situations. 

I have been working as a counsellor for over 20 years.

I offer individual counselling,couples counselling and also see young people between 12 and 18. If you are between 12 and 16 we need parental permission to work together and your parent(s) may wish to attend the first session. 

Our first meeting would involve a discussion about your concerns and if we are both comfortable to move on we would arrange an agreed number of sessions planning to review regularly.

I am happy to talk on the phone and answer any queries before making an appointment if that is useful to you.
