I am an experienced Counsellor Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist I have specialised in alternative approaches to therapy, and bereavement and loss issues.

I can help to develop relaxation skills, especially beneficial to those with sleep problems or suffering from anxiety; pain; or panic attacks.

I am also currently involved with patients within the primary care trust in Bolton on a part-time basis and work with secondary school pupils in school.

I use various approaches to therapy including Cognitive Behavioural Techniques and Hypnotherapy
