Profile

In a partnership of complete confidence you can safely explore thoughts and feelings around any areas of difficulty or anxiety: depression, anger, feeling numb, stressed, uncertain or having work or relationship difficuties. Many areas of life can be helped in a one-to-one, non-judgemental and respectful place where you have the freedom to talk about anything.

I am a Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and offer short, medium and long term counselling. Together, we can agree what you feel would be best for you.

You can either email or telephone me in complete confidence to arrange for an exploratory meeting of one hour at which we can get to know each other and decide how to move forwards.

Please look at my BACP web site for additional information on the sorts of problems with which counselling can help: www.michaeltidbury.bacp.co.uk
