Are you experiencing a change or have reached a point in your life where you feel you may no longer feel able to cope, are you overwhelmed by your feelings, fearful , isolated and overwhelmed in your emotional turmoil?. You may be feeling that you cannot talk to anyone about your feelings. I am a qualified and experinced Psychotherapist and Counsellor working in Virginia Water, offering regular sessions of long and short-term therapy to individuals couples, students and adults. Where you will not only be listened to, but heard!

In my practice I have wide experience of working with diverse client groups who experience personal and relationship difficulties, including, low self-esteem, abuse, anger, anxiety, bereavement, life changes, and other forms of psychological and emotional distress. In a confidential safe environment. I have special interest in working with you if you are interested in looking in depth at your life and desire to make changes towards your personal growth and well- being. I will respect your individuality regardless of age, gender, cultural or ethnic origin or sexual orientation. I celebrate diversity.

As well as Independant Practice I have counselling experience in:

Royal Surrey County Hospital counselling patients carers, families and staff.

University of London counselling multicultural undergraduate and post graduate students.

GP. Practice counselling NHS patients.

My approach is influenced by a training in Integrative Counselling. This gives me the flexibility to work within a wide range of counselling approaches in counselling and psychotherapy, including, Psychodynamic, Person-Centred, Existential and Behavioural, theory and practice.

I offer a supportive, warm, thoughtful flexible, open approach to your therapy, with an emphasis on your best interests, rather than a particular theoretical approach, in a non-judgemental, confidential environment.
