Counsellor Profile

I provide counselling for individuals (and couples) of all ages in the High Wycombe area. I am a Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and follow their ethical framework. I help clients with a variety of issues such as relationship problems, anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, anger-management, bereavement etc. I work in a person-centred way. This means that I work to your agenda, exploring whatever issues you wish to discuss. I try not to offer advice, as I am here to support and help you to clarify your thoughts and feelings and ultimately decide for yourself what is right for you.

I worked as a volunteer at the Youth Enquiry Service in High Wycombe counselling young people for three years.

Prior to being a Counsellor I worked in the I.T. industry
