I work as an Integrative Counsellor, utilising various therapeutic approaches of counselling theory and practice to facilitate a shared exploration of personal growth and discovery.

I am committed to a sensitive, non-judgemental and respectful approach to help and support people in finding their own way through life's changes.

I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
