Counsellor Profile

I work with adults, children, adolescents and couples in a humanistic way, which facilitates clarity of thought and empowerment of the decision making process.

I have regular supervision both one-to-one and group, which keeps my practice up to date, and fresh with new developments within the psychological world of research and practice. This also guides my practice through self reflection and exploration.

I have many years experience of working with people to help them find solutions to problems they face in their lives. This includes mediation, advocacy, as well as one-to-one counselling.

My practice is in a private consultation room within 5 mins walk from Witham station it also has 1 free parking space, but there is other free parking within the area. I can accommodate people with mobility problems.

I currently work as a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Practitioner, providing theraputic support for children and their families.

I offer one-to-one sessions in Witham alternatively I offer intenet and telephone counselling for those that are suitable.
I regularly update my CRB check and I am covered with indemnity insurance.
