Profile
I am an ex-nurse who has retrained as a Chartered Psychologist offering a warm & friendly private and confidential service. For adults, couples and teens / youths.
I offer CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) counselling, psychotherapy, clinical hypnotherapy, NLP and coaching for every day issues (bereavement, relationships, stress, anger, confidence, self esteem, abuse, workplace and school bullying) as well as mental health issues (depression, anxiety, panic attacks, obsessive compulsive disorder OCD, phobias, eating disorders, compulsive overeating)
I am also a part time Senior Tutor for an advanced diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy (accredited by the Open University)
and an NCP accredited supervisor.
I have been in private practice since 2001 and work mainly from home in central Camberley.
My areas of particular interest are Compulsive Overeating, Bulimia, and other Eating Disorders, Phobias, Panic Attacks & Anxiety, Bereavement, stress & anger management, Self Esteem, Confidence Building, and Relationships.
I also offer self development, personality profiling and full psychological assessment with full report if required.
As well as one to one, I work with couples, and teens.
Ref:insurance and NHS work -you will need a referral letter from your GP or Psychiatrist.
I offer day , evening and some weekend appts. and a free half hour consultation.
