Counsellor Profile

My name is Sheelagh, I am a fully qualified and registered counsellor, trading as TheProfessionaListener.

Whatever is causing you distress my aim is that you feel heard in a non-judgemental, professional relationship in line with Good Practice and BACP Code of Ethics.

During my 8 years of training, I have had experience of ongoing weekly therapy and therefore understand what it can take to be in therapy.

I have a passion for listening and the positive impact such a relationship can have on an individual.
