Profile

My focus is all about you! My desire is to help individuals and groups unleash and fulfill their potential.

I am a qualified and experienced Counsellor, Lifecoach and Counselling Supervisor. I am also an employability and self development Trainer.

I work in a confidential environment, providing integrative counselling, using mainly humanistic (eg person-centred) and cognitive approaches.

I have vast experience in a wide range of personal and relationship issues, particularly heterosexual marriage counselling.

As an accreditted member of ACC, I abide by its work ethics, which include participating in continuous professional development programmes.

I provide individual and group sessions to churches, schools and clubs.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I am an Accreditted Counsellor with ACC, with much experience in, for example, marriage counselling, personal and relationship issues, anger management, loss and depression. Academically, I have an MBA, Bsc(Hons) and a variety of counselling qualifications. As a Supervisor (Level 5, Int Dip), I supervise counsellors. As a lifecoach, I want to help you to create the life you deserve. I work with young adults and people with personal issues eg life/work balance, low self-confidence and/or self-esteem; executive / business eg career changes, workplace challenges.
I offer training in a variety of personal development and business related topics, including Employability.

Fees

£40 - £55 per hour for counselling
£40 - £65 per hour for individual lifecoaching (organisations need to apply for fees)
£50 base rate per hour for Supervision (individual and group sessions available)
