About me

I am an accredited psychotherapist with over 20 years experience and combine down to earth clinical experience with a spiritual perspective. My approach holds space for both personal history and unrecognised potential for people looking to understand their difficulties, find new possibilities and find a deeper meaning in their life.  Sometimes it may be helpful to use the creative arts, or to look at the dreams you are having as a bridge to what may be held just outside of consciousness.  The therapy relationship is by its very nature an intimate one and I see the relationship that develops between us as a valuable part of the process.

I also offer clinical supervision to counsellors and psychotherapists and trainees, individuals and groups.

Currently I offer therapy in person
