Counsellor Profile

I am a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist providing professional help in a safe and confidential environment for those wishing to enter into therapy.
Psychodynamic therapy is based on the idea that experiences and relationships from the past can affect the way we live our lives in the present. If you wish to find a goal in your life or to think about and work towards a different approach to a difficult situation, we can work together to achieve these aims.

I have good experience with long term work as well as offering short term therapy.

I have worked as a hospital therapist and am employed as a Counselling Assessment Consultant and Network therapist for an Employment Assisted Programme Provider, and have good in experience in an organistional setting.
I have experience in work placed harassment providing advice and counselling.
