Counsellor ProfileI am an Accredited Counsellor/Pyschotherapist and work to the BACP Code of Ethics. I offer a confidential and professional one to one Counselling service on either a long or short term basis dependant upon the Client's needs. I am experienced in working with adults and young people in weekly 50 minute sessions.My work includes counselling for Local Authority Staff Care Schemes, national private healthcare providers and working in Counselling Training colleges. I also offer Supervision to other BACP Counsellors. The therapy I offer will help you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your relationships and the difficult situations or emotions you may be experiencing. Through this enlightenment you will become empowered to make the changes you desire in yourself, in your life and the way in which you relate to those around you. Such empowerment will not only help you to improve your self esteem but also help you to improve the way in which you are perceived by others. Through this work together you can move away from negative emotions and reach fulfillment in your relationships and in your life. Sometimes we all need support, understanding and a space to help us find our way through life's turmoil, the therapy I offer will give you such a space.
