Counsellor Profile

I am a qualified and experienced counsellor, offering both counselling and psychotherapy. I integrate a variety of models with the basis being a non-judgemental and supportive approach to my work. I am based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. I work both in private practice and at the Priory in Ticehurst. I offer both open-ended counselling and time-limited focused therapy for adults. I am also able to work with couples. I am non-judgemental and offer a safe, confedential service to suit all humanistic needs.

The kind of therapy I practice is based on Transactional Analysis but I also offer CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), when appropriate.

I have experience of working with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties and with men and women from diverse backgrounds.

I have a good understanding amd experience of the 12 step program for the treatment of addictions and am able to incorporate this into my counselling work.
