Brunswick Therapy Services provides Counselling and Psychotherapy in Brighton, Hove and Central London for men, women and children with a wide range of issues and concerns.

Counselling and Therapy provide a unique opportunity to focus on a specific area of your life, in order to address any difficulties or problems in this area.

Sometimes people approach us with a range of different issues and we are able to support them in unravelling these and then addressing them in a focussed way.

In addition to individual and group therapy, we are able to offer telephone and online counselling on a regular basis.

In order to be of maximum benefit to our clients, we integrate a range of therapeutic styles and approaches, including CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Transactional Analysis, experiential, narrative, structured, analytical, creative and psychodynamic therapy.

Brunswick Therapy Services is overseen by Nick Gully, who is a senior therapist who has worked in the field for over nineteen years. Nick was the previous Director of Addiction Services at the Priory Hospital, London, and was also previously employed as the Clinical Manager of Lifeworks, Surrey and the Addiction Services Manager for Brighton Housing Trust.

Nick has trained with some of the leading therapists in the USA, such as Pia Mellody, John Bradshaw, Terence Gorski, Dr Patrick Carnes, Brenda Schaefer and Claudia Black and is also a part-time lecturer at Brighton University, specialising in addiction and CBT ( Cognitive Behavioural Therapy ). He qualified as an addictions counsellor in 1993 and as a general therapist in 1999.

Each of our Counsellors have completed a foundation training prior to completing their core training in counselling and therapy and are either accredited by a relevant professional body, or actively pursuing this.

Our Counsellors continue to engage in ongoing professional training and development and their clinical work is monitored through regular
