Counsellor Profile

It’s a scary step to acknowledge that you need counselling and an even scarier step to pick up the phone but a small investment of your time can make a big difference to the quality of your life. My role is to enable you to discover that for yourself.

I have been in practice 10 years seeing individuals and couples. I am a BACP accredited practitioner. I specialise in short and long term work for all emotional issues, including abuse, addiction (drug and alcohol), stress, work-place problems, depression, bereavement, trauma, anxiety and eating disorders.

I supervise counsellors and develop and deliver be-spoke management training courses.

VACTS Alcohol Counselling Qualification 1999.
Senior counsellor Rape Crisis Centre 1998-2007.
