Counsellor Profile
I am an experienced and qualified counsellor and psychotherapist working from my private consulting rooms based in Kidderminster town centre.
I offer calm, empathic and non-judgemental therapy to clients and use an integrative approach to assist clients who are experiencing emotional and/or behavioral issues. The Emily Criddle Group also have other counsellors who are professionally trained and insured - please see our website for further details.
I work with individuals, couples and families either at my Kidderminster practice or at client's homes for those who are unable to travel.
I offer a free initial assessment to all clients, giving you the opportunity to fully explore whether counselling is right for you before you book your first session.
Because I feel that counselling should be available to everyone, I also offer reduced fees for those with low incomes, please give me a call for further details.
Training, Qualifications & Experience (more info)
I gained a Diploma in Counselling along with a Higher National Diploma in Psychology & Cognitive Therapy from Oxford College and I am a member of the BABCP and recommended by, The Complementary Medical Association. CCC Registered. UKCP membership applied for.
I have experience of counselling in a wide range of areas including Life Crisis, Bereavment, Relationship problems, Addiction, Low Self Esteem, Terminal Illness, Depression (incl Post & Antenatal), Panic Attacks and Anxiety. I also undertake work for Employee Assistance Providers covering the Midlands areas.

Fees
Free Initial Consultation available to all.
Fees are calculated according to your income ranging from £20 to £35 per session for individuals and up to £40 for couples.
Concessions available for those on low incomes / benefits. Please call for details.
Telephone, Email and online Counselling are all charged at £25.
Extra Information
Your initial consultation is an opportunity for you to meet me and ask any questions about counselling and to see if this is the way forward for you. As this session is free of charge without any obligation to return for further sessions, it gives you a chance to explore the option of counselling without having to commit to weekly sessions if you feel it is not right for you.
