Counsellor ProfileHi, I'm Jenny and I am an experienced BACP Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist offering counselling in a private and comfortable room near Upminster Bridge Station in Essex.Counselling Solutions is a professional and inspiring counselling service dedicated to helping you to find positive solutions and move forward with your life. Many people have area's of their life that are either out of control or unmanageable; others just know something isn't right even if they don't know what 'it' is. Whatever the situation I will work with you to help you find ways to gain control of situations or emotions to enable you to have a happier more fulfilled life. I offer face to face, telephone, online and email counselling and work with individuals and couples. Whilst my theoretical background is humanistic, I work in an integrative way using Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Cognitive Behaviour therapy (CBT), as appropriate. I have specialised experience in domestic violence, anger management, self esteem, self confidence, relationship problems, depression and post traumatic stress. I offer both long term and short term counselling with adults, both male and female in a professional, warm, friendly environment. As an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy I work within an Equal Opportunities Framework and the B.A.C.P Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
