Profile
Hi, I'm Jenny and I am an experienced BACP Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist offering a professional and inspiring counselling service dedicated to helping you to find positive solutions and move forward with your life.
Many people have area's of their life that are either out of control or unmanageable; others just know something isn't right even if they don't know what 'it' is. Whatever the situation I will work with you to help you find ways to gain control of situations or emotions to enable you to have a happier more fulfilled life.
With 10 years experience I have worked with many issues including, but not limited to, couples counselling, domestic abuse, anger management, low self esteem, low self confience, relationship issues, anxiety and depression, sexual abuse.
I offer individual and couples counselling in a private and comfortable room near Upminster Bridge Station in Essex. I work in an integrative way using Humanistic, Solution Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), as appropriate for both long term and short term counselling with adults, both male and female, in a professional, warm, friendly environment.
As an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy I work within an Equal Opportunities Framework and the B.A.C.P Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am also a Aviva Registered Healthcare Provider.
You can view more about my practice on my website www.counsellingsolutions.co.uk
