Profile

I am an experienced and highly qualified Counsellor.

I am a good listener and I do not judge people. My aim is to help, explore and resolve your issues with you face to face and in a safe and confidential environment - they maybe issues about bereavement, depression, low self esteem, anxiety, stress, eating disorders, or career counselling.

I previously worked in a voluntary counselling centre and now work in private practise with individuals who have a wide range of concerns and issues in the above areas as well as a range of any other issues such as OCD, abuse, addiction and work related issues such as bullying . Previously having worked in the business sector for a number of years, I have experience in working with people with issues which are affecting them in the work place. I understand organisational/business life and the stress, politics and pressures that it can sometimes create.

I am a full member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy - BACP and I adhere to their ethical framework for good practice in counselling and psychotherapy.

I see people in my consulting room in Ruislip, Middlesex and in Pall Mall, St James, in central London.

Further Information

Coming to see someone to talk about highly personal issues and feelings, is not usually an easy step to take. Talking to a trained professional who really knows how to listen is a good way to begin to ease the anxiety and/or tensions you may be experiencing.

Having the time and space just to think about your personal concerns can be the start of the road to feeling better.
