Profile

I am an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist practicing in the Chilterns area.

I offer an opportunity for you to talk through and share your concerns with a sensitive and responsive listener. As you tell your story you will be able to explore and work through troublesome and confusing feelings. This can lead to a sense of renewed resources and the chance to make more authentic choices based on a deeper understanding of your own individuality and the influences in your life.

I draw on varied therapeutic orientations including Psychodynamic and Jungian approaches and this enables me to be in tune with the particular requirements of each of my clients. I place an emphasis on soul perspective and the importance of meaning and purpose in your life. I have a particular interest in working with dreams, symbols and imagery but only if this feels appropriate for you.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

Diploma In Integrative Psychosynthesis Counselling.

Diploma in Integrative Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy.

I am a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) and the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy), and as such abide by their ethical frameworks.

I have worked with clients on a wide range of issues for several years.
