WHY ARE YOU SO BLUE?

You are probably not aware that everyone who cares or loves you, may know that you’re not your usual self, but you’re not letting them in or really sharing how you feel.
When you’re depressed, are you telling yourself some really bad things? Bad things about yourself? Is that when the fear creeps in?
Depression can deplete you of not just nutrition. It can just make you so sad.
And although it’s good to be independent; there is a time to ask for help and to receive help, and that’s the time to go and see a therapist.
Also a key thing is realising that it's o.k. if you need to go and see somebody.
If you can give yourself that permission, then it allows you to find the right therapist, because sometimes that takes time.

You can’t be silent about how you are feeling, because it's taboo; the best thing is to share. As keeping your head up and masking your truth, are two different things.

And the planet will be a little bit better, every day, because of the efforts that you have made to make you a better you.
