As an Integrative Therapist I work with individuals and couples. I aim to empower you and endeavour to help you regardless of your problem, through acting as a facilitator and creating a confidential environment to bring about change that I believe can only come from you.

I believe that no matter what people are going through it is our Thoughts and Perceptions that will determine what we Feel and how we ultimately Behave. If we can learn to change what we think, we can change our emotions or how we feel and then change our behaviour or actions.

Through many years of experience I have assisted clients to reach their own understanding of their difficulties and support them through finding ways of dealing with them.
