Counsellor Profile

I am a qualified counsellor and as an individual member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), work within their ethical framework.

My counselling experience has been gained in the voluntary sector, private practice and as a counsellor for an Employee Assistance Provider.

My approach is integrative, incorporating a range of strategies from various models, dependent on the client’s needs and issues.

I work in English and Punjabi, with a wide range of issues, providing long or short term and solution focused counselling.
