Counsellor Profile

I have practices in Lower Grosvenor Place, London SW1 and in Langdon Hills, Essex (SS16).

I provide a confidential, safe and impartial space where you can talk about difficult emotional issues. I am a qualified and experienced counsellor and psychotherapist based in London Victoria. I offer both open-ended counselling and time-limited, solution focused therapy (CBT). I am also able to work with couples.

The kind of therapy I practice is based on Transactional Analysis but I am also trained to use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This allows me to create an environment that supports making both thinking and behavioural changes but also provides an opportunity to explore associated feelings and underlying beliefs.

I have experience of working with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties and with men and women from diverse backgrounds.

I have particular experience of working with issues related to anxiety, panic attacks and stress, and in working successfully with clients to resolve difficulties relating to eating disorders, obesity and other issues associated with food and body image.

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the Institute of Transactional Analysis. I have a Clinical Diploma in Transactional Analysis and have completed advanced training for an Msc in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy.

Fees

My fees range from £35 - £45, for a session lasting for 50 minutes.

My fee for working with a couple ranges from £45 - £55.

A standard fee of £20 is charged for an initial assessment appointment.
