Counsellor ProfileI am an experienced and professional Therapist offering one to one counselling. I have my own private practice where I offer short (which is normally 6 sessions) and longer term counselling in a confidential and relaxed setting. Experienced and knowledgeable to be able to work with a wide range of issues, for example, low self esteem, anger, loss, anxiety, abuse,
bereavement, stress, depression, alcohol addiction, relationship issues and personal development.
Most of my work is by 'word of mouth' (either referrals via other therapists, GP's and clients) which indicates the high levels that I work to.
I pursued Counselling as a career because of my own life experiences and, having had therapy myself in the past, know that it can be a very positive and often life changing experience.
