East Riding Of Yorkshire
I am a Registered, counsellor/ psychotherapist with over 10 years experience.
Many of my clients come because they are experiencing anxiety, stress or depression and just dont know where to turn. We all experience times of difficulty in our lives, when talking to family or friends may not be enough.
This is when talking to a professional counsellor can help.
As my client, I will help you to look at issues and situations that are causing you distress. I will help you to understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviour. You will be encouraged to participate in finding a focus for the work, setting goals and reviewing progress at regular intervals. I will help you move towards any changes you decide you want to make.
Counselling is for anyone who is experiencing difficulties or who wants to find a way forward in their life.
I can offer you:
- time just for you
- someone to listen
- a safe place where you won't be judged
- somewhere to let your feelings out
- a confidential service
- someone to understand
