Counsellor Profile
I am a counsellor experienced in working with individuals with a wide range of issues. I work in an organisational setting in York (The Spurriergate Centre) where I have been part of the counselling team for several years.I also have well established private practices in York and Pocklington.
My approach is person-centred, integrative therapy. I incorporate techniques from various counselling models to tailor therapy to the client's individual needs (e.g. CBT, Gestalt, TA).
I work to the BACP ethical framework for good practice. I am an accredited member of the BACP.
