Profile
I am a counsellor/ psychotherapist with many years experience of working with individuals with a wide range of issues. I have a well established, private practice in East Yorkshire.
My approach is person-centred, integrative therapy. This means that I tailor therapy to the individual needs of the client.
Using exploratory conversation, I will help you to look at issues and situations that are causing you distress. I will help you to understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviour. You will be encouraged to participate in finding a focus for the work, setting goals and reviewing progress at regular intervals. I will help you move towards any changes you decide you want to make.
Counselling is for anyone who is experiencing difficulties or who wants to find a way forward in their life.
