Profile

I provide help for people who are struggling with many kinds of emotional or relationship problems and distress. Such problems may show as particular symptoms - such as anxiety, certain types of depression, repetitive behaviour (OCD), or addictions.
I can also help with nutritional and dietary problems, and I can help with weight problems.
I am the author of eight books. Several of these ('Beyond the Veil', 'Fay', and 'Emily') are therapeutic novels/self-help fiction. One of my titles (Carl and other writings) is about sexual abuse of children, and is suitable for both professionals and lay people. It is being used extensively by organisations throughout the UK, and has been a contribution to the current talks about the revision of legislation on rape and other sexual offences. Another title ('Tracy') is for children, young people and families. It is being used in many primary school libraries. I am married, with three adult children. I have a close relationship with them.
