Profile
I am an accredited BACP and COSRT psychotherapist and clinical supervisor who has worked for 30 years in the NHS with individuals, couples and families in a variety of clinical and counselling roles. At present I am Head of Counselling and Clinical Services at The Letchworth Centre.
I work with all types of psychological problems, but specialise in couples, relationship work and psychosexual therapy. I offer clients a safe, non-judgemental environment from which to explore their issues.
My main models are person centred, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and integrative. I also use coaching and life skills training where appropriate. I aim to take a holistic approach to my clients needs and will refer to other practitioners where appropriate.
I generally see clients for between 4-20 sessions depending on the issues, although I do undertake long term work as well.
