I am a BACP accredited therapist with over 15 years experience. My skills & specialities include individual counselling and couples counselling. I work with clients facing a wide range of emotional difficulties ranging from anxiety, stress and depression to relationship issues.

My therapeutic approach is based on an integrative model using CBT and systemic interventions to help facilitate change and spiritual growth which includes helping clients identify self-defeating thoughts and beliefs.

Daytime fees start at £40

Evening fees are £45 for individuals and £70 for couples

Further Information

I see clients either at my home in Barnes or at the Vitality Centre, SW18 5EQ (5 mins from Southfields Station or 15 minutes from Wimbledon town centre).
