I am an integrative counsellor which means that I can utilise a variety of models and techniques to suit a client's individual needs taking into account body, mind and soul. I can offer you the opportunity to be listened to as someone genuinely willing to understand and accept you. This support can help you to understand something of the origins of your difficulties and help you to begin to make sense of them. With this awareness you can move forward and make positive changes in your life. I can offer short and longer term counselling and a free introductory half-hour first session.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I have an Advanced Diploma as an Integrative Counsellor - Dip.Couns.,MBACP. Three years experience Counselling for Wiltshire County Council.
