Counsellor Profile

I am an experienced counsellor and trainer who has worked with both individuals and communities in the UK and overseas. I practise an integrative approach ensuring that my relationship with the client is first and foremost throughout the period of consultation. I tailor my techniques to suit the needs of the individual, with a tendency towards solution focused and cognitive behavioural therapy which will help you find solutions to your life problems.

My specialisms are depression, bereavement and loss, anxiety and stress, work related issues and post-traumatic stress disorder.
