Counsellor Profile
TOGETHER was formed by experienced psychotherapist Samantha Gray, PG Dip., BA MBACP to create a relationship service for couples and individuals in London.
Couplework
Seeking therapy as a couple offers the opportunity to air hurt and angry feelings in a safe and confidential setting. Relationships can become "gridlocked", repeating destructive patterns. The insights offered in relationship therapy can free couples from a negative dynamic and establish new, positive modes of relating.
Individual work
Many people choose to seek relationship therapy without a partner. Relationship therapy can help you to discover how you relate to others, why you are drawn to particular people, and how you affect those close to you. It is often sought by those experiencing difficulties in coping with a break up, or who are undecided whether to continue in a relationship.
Training, Qualifications & Experience (more info)
All Together relationship therapists are BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) members and work to its code of ethics, which includes client confidentiality.
Founding Director
Samantha Gray PG Dip., BA MBACP studied individual psychodynamic therapy at the Westminster Pastoral Foundation in Kensington before coming to the conclusion that we are shaped, more than anything, by our relationships, beginning with our original families. She went on to complete a PG Dip. in psychodynamic relationship therapy at London Marriage Guidance/Relationship Counselling for London and the Tavistock Centre for Couple Relationships in Swiss Cottage.
