Counsellor Profile

I am a qualified counsellor working in a person centred way also using cognitive behavioural and solution focus techniques and addressing a psychodynamic approach. I have experience working with individuals with depression, anxiety,low self-esteem, sexual identity, relationship problems and drug and alcohol concerns. I have worked as a therapist and a manager in a variety of settings.I am also a social worker currently studying at Msc level.
